Just start gorging yourself. It doesn't need to be clean.
In your situation, eating a large McDonald's meal instead of nothing (or one of those little BS "meals" of yours) would be beneficial.
Your stomach gets used to whatever you throw at it. So if you start forcing yourself to eat more, it will become easier in a few weeks.
BTW, Subway just started selling a pulled pork sub. From now on, eat that. And make it a foot-long. 6" subs are for women, children, and the obese.

I'm 25, old enough to give it a shot, and smart about everything that I do. But if you guys sincerely feel as if I shouldn't think about it, and stick to diet then that's likely what I'll do. For the record, though, not one person thinks aas will help jumpstart things for me? I should stick to diet only? I guess the excitement of possibly breaking this barrier brought me to the forums and to all the questions I've had..
You know what? If you force feed yourself for a month to the point where you constantly feel like you've over-ate, you'll notice your appetite will increase. At 5'8, 150lbs is easily attainable naturally. I highly advise you to not touch the juice and focus your efforts on your diet and training.

You know Subway has that cheesesteak that is pretty decent too. Or if the OP is in the LA area, a meal of Roscoe's Chicken and Waffle is a good way to live life. But yeah I agree with you about how he shouldn't worry about clean calories and just start hitting the buffets and fast food as if it's the last supper.
