    You need more than 35g of protein after a workout...at least 50g.

    Biggest broscience myth around. I think it was Kaizen or one of the companies that started this bs.

    P.S. - if you convince enough people they need more protein PWO then they are gonna use their powder faster and spend more money longterm.
