Yes, I talked to the doctor and will wait for my test to get to a normal level, but I feel it will be kinda wasted to get my test up now and do a cycle so I might have to do the whole thing again.
But will the balls get bigger when my test raises or do I have to ask the doctor specially for this?

you balls may increase in size.
Keep working out as normal. You may not gain as much as you would have if you stayed normal but it isnt a waste. And dont do another cycle to get it back
