should I create a thread there? anyway, my diet is pretty basic, i make sure to get protein every 2 hours, I try to get most of my protein from meats but if I cant, ill have a shake. The top foods i eat everyday are turkey burgers, eggs, ground beef, and protein shakes. I get my fats from almonds, walnuts, and cashews. I mostly only eat carbs right when i wake up, and post workout. always have a gatorade postworkout for an inuslin boost. i have my complex carbs postworkout aswell.
