All the answers can be found by just reading the stickies and education threads. Have him go through them lay out a cycle and pct and we can help with adjustments if they are needed. Your husband isnt going to learn buy us just telling you and then you playing relay with the messages.
I agree 100% plus we can find out his diet and other info we need to help him.

It doesnt matter how good looking she is, some where, some one is tired of her shit.

Great place to start researching ! http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-s...-database.html

Diet? Well yeah, he doesnt diet and never has even when working out. Hes been working out pretty consistently since Decemeber/Jan. He works out 3X per week for about 30-45 minutes. I have told him he should probably be working out more often, and/or longer periods of time. And, i also told him he should be eating a bit better. But, he does what he wants. I can only recommened what I think is best.

I commend you for looking out for him like you are, but, especially being a nurse(i'm pre-med and pre-pharm so i've spent most of my life in hospitals as well), i'm sure you understand the value of having to do things for one's self and learning from experience. If you spoon feed him everything then he won't pay as much attention and he is going to be messing with every system in his body on a molecular level by doing this cycle, it's not child's play. Also the fact that he's not willing to diet or listen to you(his wife), means that quite possibly he's not willing to listen to anyone, and if that is the case, then he shouldn't do this cycle at all...period.

We would be more than happy to help him, but if we are going to put out effort to help him, we would like to see effort on his part to learn as well.

its not that he wont listen to me. He agrees that he should be watching his diet better and its most ideal when working out. but, he just can't lol. he likes junk food too much. he tries to. but i dont think he realizes how important it all it.
