I wasn't sure which you were referring to as being your opinion, I get it now. I'm just curious as to how you've formulated your own opinions on these various topics.
i.e. Posting research info is obvious as to where it came from (assuming the source is referenced, which you have done). Posting an opinion is typically based on personal experience, other's experiences, etc. I'm curious as to what yours are based on, that's all.
My opinion is based on personal experience, other experience, and independent research. For the supplements I don't/have not taken I chose to talk to other people with more knowledge/expertise than myself. These people were either personal trainers or longterm gym "recreational" bodybuilders who have been actively training for 3+ years with a set diet, etc. Further, I did some of my own research using credible sources to formulate an opinion. Finally, for the supplements I do use, it is based on personal experience. Due to my renal condition. I get full bloodwork done (even hormones), everything from A-Z, every other month so I make a pretty good supplement guinea pig so to speak. It didn't take long for me to de-bunk the myth that creatine increases creatinine levels significantly and can "danger" your liver.
Is there anything that you disagree with in Article 11 ?
