    You basically agree with the idea that everyone has the same genetic potential and that height is relative. It isn't. I merely suggested that this guy may be reaching his genetic potential with regards to size. I don't know if he has or hasn't. He may have 20% bf or her may have 10%. All i wanted to point out is that nobody here knows so we shouldn't just give the 'eat more' response.

    After 13 years training and gaining 40lbs of muscle all i know is that 4000 cals a day (250g protein) doesn't do it for me anymore. I am just using my experience to give a suggestion..

    Also post count is not indicative of knowledge.

    Thank you. I'm so tired of reading posts by people who think they understand somebody's genetic potential simply by reading their height and weight. It's the mantra here but it's ridiculous.
