DSM, there's a girl at my new job that I recently noticed. I take a lunch break around the same time she does just to see her. Only other time I get to see her is when she walks to her car after work and she passes by my work area and the bay doors are open. Only problem is I never talk to her she is always with co-workers and I don't want to be a 5th wheel. I've seen her at the gym at my work and she say's hi but put's her head down right away as if in shy, but I feel that she may be intimidated by me. Do I wait to bump into her again alone which could be who knows how long or make a statement and introduced myself to her and her group of friends at lunch?

since no one will answer me in the HGH forum il see if you can help...

I have tendonitis in both my elbows. Worst injury ever btw. Just wondering what protocol is best in regards hgh injections for healing . Eg. Directly into the tendon or the general area is ok?

Also i was thinking of running 1-2 iu a day for 6 weeks and then re-assesing from there. Will there be a differance between 1-2 iu a day?

She doesn't have to be alone for you to introduce yourself. Just run it over in your head what you are going to talk about first.
ex.
You : Hello, I'm XXXX. How are you?
Her: Good, My name is XXX
You: .......

Now where you going ?

Its not a cortisone shot. Doesn't have to be taken directly.

I had the different lines I was gonna say rehearsed in my head when I saw her after work walking to her car. Only this time it went kinda awkward, I always stop and watch her walking by but this time she was with 3 girls, and one of them stopped and gave me a cold stare. The girl I like was walking with her gf right next to her and she had her head down. I'm afraid she thinks I'm like a stalker or something, which is the total opposite of who I am. I'm thinking I should stop acknowledging her, it's just frustrating.

What you need to do is stop being a creeper and introduce yourself. If i had some guy i didn't know eye-f***king me everytime i might worry a bit but if he came up and introduced himself that is a totally different story.

I once had a friend named DSM, who always would post here and go to the gym, But him and his B/F bought a house to live in and now I no longer see him. I never thought I'd see the day that DSM would not come out and play but married life seems to suit him. They now stay home and play house so his thread is quiet as a mouse, but hopefully some day he will come back and play cause we miss him, the lucky little louse...
