yes true but when sombody puts there hands on you its self defense. No man should touch another man like that unless they are ready for a war. Its too bad so many people lack common respect like that drunk guy

i agree but u ever see conair? and it can happen that easily...i would prosecute...but like i said...he did the right thing and that i doubt i would have but wished i had

and i guarantee the owner of the bar would be pissed. No bar wants cops and prosecutors involved with anything at their bar.
