    no. It would become 66.66 mg/ml.

    You would just draw 1.5 times the normal amount.

    And EO is used to replace part of the carrier (oil). It works as a mild solvent (so less solvent is needed), and it holds hormones longer in depot, so there is less post-injection soreness.
