This stuff has been floating around since march.... from the sounds of "caps" that he can dump and measure... My guess is that he has this.
OP did you not get a bottle with it.. with a label??

Stanozolol THP is the same compound as the anabolic steroid stanozolol (Winstrol) except it is not 17aa methylated, and instead has a THP ether attached on the 17b position.

What are you going on about?
The extra powder in the Winstrol caps is just filler (likely flour or maltodextrin or something).
OP, don't take them if you have no idea how they are dosed.
