So is it better to have Armidex on hand and only use it if and when the gyno symptoms occur or should i just play it safe and have 1/2 tabs every other day during and post cycle?

Yes, I have it on hand if I encounter any symptoms, other's may disagree tho.

Would be real good to throw in some hcg into cycle, 2x 250iu a week than bump it up to 2x500iu for the last few weeks BEFORE pct.

Run also vitamin b6 and vitamin e throughout the entire cycle and pct.

And just to reinstate what others have said, it's important to lower your bf% before getting on aas.
