glucosamine didn't work for me as well, IMO many supplements are myth and always there are some scientific researches against them that shows they don't work.
So I only stick with Multivitamin, Vitamin C, Whey Protein, Creatine Monohydrate(since it's very chip at 5g a day) and Nitric Oxide ... rest of them just doesn't worth the money and I don't see any direct influence from them. and I use them year around not just in cycle.
