It appears to be dry needing reconstitution, but I'm guessing. You don't necessarily have to pin, but you would need to order a nasal inhaler, (or empty out an existing inhaler), but if you do that, you will need a dose twice as much as you would if you pin.

OK, I realized that what I purchased was 20mg for $79

AR-R is 10mg for $59

don't necessarily rule out AR-R though based on only this. if you can get through AR-R and if their 10mg is potent enough for a nasal application to work, then you should order through them. They seem to have better QC than some of the other lower cost suppliers out there, or at least it seems that way with the stuff I've bought from them.
