Big headaches from weight training help pls

I've had the flu twice and both times I had killer headaches. I've cycled 3 times none of which I've had a headache. I think if I were experiencing unexplained headaches while on cycle and felt flu like symptoms I would instantly lean towards the flu caused them. Just saying.

I might just rest up for the week no gym went to the docs he gave me some antibiotics for the flu
