Id just stick with plain old mono - if u want to experiment just cycle it or possibly drop to lower dosage - say 6 weeks at 5mg/ day then 6 weeks at 2mgs /day. To be honest i dont think your concern(toelrance) is an issue at all - so i dont even see that as necessary or more effective but hey you could try it if u want. Personally id just stick to 3-5 g /day consistantly. JMO....
I'm doing good Jimmy, how about yourself? Thanks for the info. That's kinda what I figured but I'm guilty of over thinking things sometimes. I'm going to just stick with CM but might play around with the dosage as you mentioned. So are you a believer in staying on CM year round and there's not need to cycle it? I believe that is the common consensus on here...just curious as I have been on CM for about 1 year straight now. Also, can you see this leading to any elevated liver values?

    Im doing good thanks.
I dont think its necessary to cycle creatine. I do think most people take more than necessary. I recalll a study where after 30days of 5g/day that 3g/day from that point on maintained maximum possible creatine leevls with minimal conversion to creatinine. As far as safety there are a bunch of studies that show its perfectly safe with no adverse impact on liver/kidneys. Here is the abstract of one study showing this.

I have to be honest - i dont use creatine. It doesnt seem to do much of anything for me - just give me cramps regardless of the amount of fluid or electrolyte intake. Nothing in the way of strength , size , gains or recovery. I do think its one of the few prudent supps (plain old mono) for many though. Its safe , cheap , and seems to give a small edge in many cases. I should point out though - few years ago I read a study in New England Journal of Medicine that showed only 60% of people showed any positive response from creatine supplementation. Thats probably a lot higher % of responders than 95% of the slew of garbage supplements out there that dont do anything in anyone that are fueled by hype , marketing and 19 yr olds doing sponsired logs that dont know any better swearing they work.
