    congrats on the weight loss and strength gain

    x3 on biggy and api

    fyi....ofcourse your not going to see any difference in strength by changing your trt dose from 250-200 or vice versa..


    sounds like your on a good roll in the right direction...use it to snowball it in the right direction...is the 405 goal more important than losing bf%?

    The main reason I dropped it down to 200mgs was to see if it would help with the bacne...which it has some. Thought about maybe even dropping to 150 to see if it helped any more.

    The 405 goal is a BIG one for me, but honestly I would rather look better with a shirt off. BUT....I WILL GET 405 UP OCTOBER 29TH. I alrady tried about two weeks ago and I got stuck about 6-8" off my chest. My buddy that I spotted just got up 415 last week for one rep. So that will be the next goal of mine. Alot of the problem with my bench is that I am really shoulder dominate, so my shoulders do a lot of work instead of my pecs. When I work out chest I really have to focus on my chest and not just about moving the weight. My buddy is only 5'9 and 210lbs...so it kind of bothers me that he out benches me. But we push each other in the gym. But he still gives me a hard time sometimes about it. Of course I can out lift him in other areas.
