I think much of Clenbuterol's lore is from newbies confusing the words "Tren" and "Clen".

I much prefer EC and 1,3-Dimeth to selective B2 agonists (which make me feel like crap).

You think 1,3 Dimeth is a good fat burner?

It has a great stimulant effect and closely mimicks adrenaline. It also acts as an appetite suppressant and makes me feel amazing.
I've never taken it repeatedly for the purpose of cutting (just preworkout or for a boost at work), but I'm sure it would work great stacked with some caffeine.

No. Unlike pseudoephedrine, it can cross the blood-brain barrier. But it has less effect on the cns than ephedrine. Just try it. It kicks ass. Awesome stim effect with minimal sides and no jitters.
