No. Unlike pseudoephedrine, it can cross the blood-brain barrier. But it has less effect on the cns than ephedrine. Just try it. It kicks ass. Awesome stim effect with minimal sides and no jitters.

This. You can buy it on a few supp sites for a couple dollars per gram.
A lot of the better pre-workout supps also include it (Jack3d comes to mind).
And Ergopharm Clearshot obviously, as that is how Pat Arnold first introduced it to the supp world.
