    D-bol or test

    Hey there guy I was just wondering what should I do first, well I am 31 years old 5'6 126 ibs, I want to start steroids but just wondering if I should start d-Bol or test, I just need as much info as I can. I am new at this and been lifting weights for 3 months now. Thanx!

    No offense, but based on this question alone, the answer is a resounding neither!!

    You need to do alot of research as you have clearly not done so thus far. Furthermore, at 126lbs (I don't care that you're 5'6, I know 5'6 guys that are in the 190 range naturally) you clearly do not know how to eat properly, and adding gear to the mix will do absolutely nothing for you, I can promise that.

    Get over to the diet section and start a thread there. Introduce yourself, post up what you eat, and we'll help sort you out over there. You need proper diet and training principles, not steroids. Trust me on this one.

    126 lbs + 3 months of weight training = no steroids.

    diet section + gym frequently is better for you at this point.

    I know what you guy are trying to tell me but i am going to try one of the two and only wondering what I should try first. You guys give all good advice but, I really want to do this.

    Sorry man, maybe somebody else will be willing to help you but it won't be me. Your question is assuming test and dbol are interchangeable, which they most certainly are not. The fact that you don't know that very basic knowledge (you can spend 30 mins in this section and will learn that) tells me you are not ready for steroids. Your weight only confirms that.

    PS - I hope you don't get much pvssy as it is, because you'll likely wind up with ED and/or low libido. You'll probably stay shut down because you have no idea about PCT and will wind up on TRT for life.

    Steroids are serious business. You have no idea what you're fvcking with, and you can mess yourself up really badly if you go at it uninformed. Again, good luck, this is the last i'll say about it here.

    Well go right ahead and mess yourself up then, but you wont get any advice from vets with that attitude. We hear that same line coming up all the time.

    I'm just getting ready to start my first cycle here in about a month. I've been training for years and have been researching steroids and how to run everything correctly. your a 126 lbs. First off you should never run a d bol only cycle that is stupid, you will gain a lot of water weight and then be shut down. I suggest you do what I did, train the right way for years and research. Your diet is obviously wack, so go check out the diet section on this site. There's a lot of solid diets and tips in there. Stay away from juice for a while buddy, your no where close to being ready.     No - because we take it very seriously and make sure we're ready and know what we're doing well before even considering actually doing it. That said, even some of the most cautious and well planned out guys wind up with problem. It's a risk you take when you start upsetting the balance of your natural hormones.

    Well thanx everyone for all the info, looked into a diet plan, going to be having 6 meals a day, going to try and eat every six hrs or so. Lean cuts of meat, brown rice, pasta, brown rice, avacado, cottage cheese, nuts, yogurt, fish and so much more. Looks like I'm going to have to go this way for a while.

    I will do this for six month or a year then maybe post some pictures.

    Glad to read this, and all I can say is I hope you're not placating us and still planning to do your thing. You didn't start a thread in our diet section, so I hope you can understand why i'm a bit leery.

    If ur awake for 18hours and want to eat 6meals a day that = eating every 3 hours!
