using gear is a lifestyle, not just something you do to get big and thats it... You have to eat and maintain the additional mass. If you are struggling with diet issues now b/c of stress then take your time and get that in order and back to a steady diet.
If you are gonna use AAS might as well make them the most effective possible which starts with a consistant good diet and workouts.
Look into supplements if you are wanting a quick boost, when you get the right nutrients in ur body you would be surprised what that can do
