-1/4 chicken from nandos (breast)
-2 sushi rolls

-2 x kfc chicken fillets (40g prot, 14g fat)
-small chips

-lamb souvlaki

-PWO: 2 scoops whey, 300ml fruit juice, 2 x salmon sushi rolls
