    Thanks for all the feedback guys, I am getting 3500 cals a day right now but it's hard work haha... all i seem to do is eat. Oh well, I enjoy doing it. Thanks.

    its the most difficult thing in this lifestyle mate but until food pills are invented you'll have to persevere
