    I've always heard... and preached... the same thing. When I got involved with my mentor, I wrote up my diet and gave it to him for his review. I asked if he thought I had too many shakes. He replied "there's no such thing.... have the shakes".

    At the time, his advice seemed cavalier. But, I listen to people I trust and respect. If you look at my pics from before I worked with him and after, I think they'll speak for themselves.

    Seems there's alot of broscience out there that we accept without question, because it's what 'most people' say and do.

    Best thing you can do is trial and error on yourself. That's what I did, and I'm not suffering from it.

    ^^ i'd listen to Gbrice. he knows quite a bit about nutrition and diet.

    Btw GB, i hadnt been checkin in on your progress in a little while and now that i see you its obviously been an amazing transformation!

    too many shakes and i get non stop protein farts.....
