remember var dries your joints, so its not good on your joints as apposed to deca! but it seems to speed up recovery on tendinitis or any injury for that mater!

i could be wrong but everything i read about it indicates drying the joints, also from my own experience! for example it cured my tendinitis but my knees started killing me with pain and stiffness, same goes for my shoulders!
