19-20% BF, take armidex??

Having a bf% a little higher (19-20%) would it be a good idea to run armidex during a cycle to prevent aromitization? I understand that a higher bf% results in more aromitization and more estrogen related side effects... What is the average does to use during a cycle as well? 12.5mg eod??

Did you mean to ask about aromasin? 12.5mg EOD would be a normal dose if that's what you meant.
