    Anavar Dosage

    At a starting dosage of 50-80mgs daily, do you recommend taking all of it at one time or spreading it throughout the day? Thanks in advance for any advice.

    take half a dose twice at each end of the day

    Ijust take mine all at once, but that's just me

    So youre saying if I start with 50mg a day, take 25mg twice at the end of the day?

    Do you recommend running any test with the Var? On a side note, I notice you're listed as being in Afghanistan. Still there? I'm here as well..

    I take mine in the morning all at once. You should fine plenty of threads on this topic by searching. I would hit 80mgs/daily

    rgr that. I read where that should be the most but 50 was a good number.

    I split mine up n to two doses. But I don't think it really matters.

    Dose it matter if you take with meals?

    I am running 80mg ED split in to 3 times, so 20 mg taken with breakfast, lunch and dinner...

    80 mg split into 3 20mg doses is 60mg.

    On a side note 50 to 80 mg daily has got to be costly what are you guys spending all your TDY money on gear or did you win the lottery?

    Me too. If you get the 50mg ones then it's only a little bit more expensive than Anadrol and comperable to Winny.
