I know a lot of guys are going to say their ED and sex drive "went through the roof" when they started a TRT protocol...but there's more and more evidence that may be more placebo then anything else. Many guys still need a PDE5-I to help with erections while on TRT and many still seek ways to increase libido as well.

Testosterone, in my opinion, is not the Valhalla for increased libido and erections as many will make you believe. The complexities between the sympathetic and parasympathetic pathways are very complex.

We can find more studies that show it does help. I don't think it is an "end all" solution for libido and ED, but I for one, know that it helped my libido increase a thousand percent. Now I will also acknowledge that at some point, the self confidence and better overall health contributed to good sexual function as well. This is an interesting subject though. I will start a poll to get some feedback and real life experiences from our members.
