Week 1-4 dbol
Week 1-8 prop
+ something else. Was thinking tren ace but everyone says its too soon (2nd cycle) so what are some milder options?

What's the goal here? How about stats - age, height, weight, BF%, etc? What did the 1st cycle consist of?

But there is alot of different things you can take
goal is to pack on muscle. first cycle was sus250 12 wks.
24, 5'11, 85kg, BF% not sure no abs but not far off
so what are the other things I could take preferably something that's in/out of the system quickly.
The fact that it's your 2nd cycle aside - tren ace would be a great addition. NPP is another one you can look into. Both are 19-nor's and you need to do some extensive research before putting either one in your body.
i would recommend the npp over the tren
or

wk 6-10 var
but if real goal is to pack on muscle i wouldnt run short cycle
why do i continue the var 2 weeks after the prop? does pct start wk8 or wk10?
if i can only get oral dbols & var does that change anything?
The cycle is fine dbol and prop only. No need for tren or anything else on your 2nd cycle and if you learn how to prime the body you will experience gains as good as any long cycle and better if you know how to do this process properly.
is 8 weeks on dbol ok for the liver?

Agreed. After running both long cycles with long esters and short cycles with short esters, I will never run a long cycle again. I can make the same gains or more in a short 6 - 8 week cycle as I can in a 12 - 14 week long ester cycle and recovery and maintaining gains is much easier. Just my $.02.
Edit: Plus, time off of cycle and PCT are much shorter so you can cycle again much sooner.![]()
I dont like this as the OP pointed out re:PCT start time etc. Also I dont think short duration var will do much of anything aside from possibly help minimize fat gain to a very small degree. Id personally consider either an 8 week prop / 8 week low dose dball (like 5-15mgs/day) cycle. The dball has a profound effect on protein sysnthesis and i often run low dose/ longer duration dball for that very reason. The other option is an 8 week prop / 8 week var cycle. I dont like a 4 week dball / 8 week prop - i mean you dont need to kickstart a prop cyle and i dont see you soldifying any gains from 4 weeks of d ball. Dball is an easy come easy go - UNLESS u use it as i suggested above imo. Also def look up the prime before the cycle as Marcus said -it is imperative to maximize gains on this type of cycle. JMO...

Oh also OP please xapnd on the i have nolvs clomis hcg aromasin im gtg .....What does gtg mean? Lets make sure good to go is the optimal propotcol- not saying it isnt but might as well right......
ok. if gains are still coming i might up it to 10 weeks.
wk 1-10: 85mg ED test prop
wk 1-6: 20mg ED dbol
wk 6-10: var (dosage not sure yet?)
wk 2-10: HCG 250ius x2 a week
wk 1-10: aromasin 12.5mg EOD (increase to ED if needed)
nolvas 40/20/20/20/20/20
clomid 75/50/50/25/25/25 (100 first few days)
ive started carb cycling/priming as of now.
how does that look?
or if i do 8 weeks maybe 4wks dbol 4wks var?

Prop and d-bol is my first suggestion. Second would be Prop/NPP 75mgs of each EOD for 8 weeks.
No need for the tren right now. Too many sides could occur and you stopping cycle early.
