Noob 1st cycle advice.

So I just picked up a vial from my source and it's a 250 ml vial. Wow this is gonna be a lot more expensive than I thought. How long will test e be good sitting on the shelf? Looking to save some up and then cycle. Wasn't aware that I would go through two vials a week.
