It depends on what you are taking on when you start pct. There is a sticky in the pct forum called "pct start times"
Time on cycle + pct time = time off. Thats the rule
And i can tell by your stats your diet isnt as good as you think. I would hit the nutrition forum. Steroids dont make up for a crappy diet
Thanks for that info. My diet it good I take in about 2000-2500 cals a day. I eat eggs, Oatmeal, Fish, Chicken breasts, tuna, and beans pretty much everything with high protiean and low fat. Also my protein shakes 2 times a day. Also take vitamins such as mega men pack for my joints and b12 2000 mcg. As a pre workout drink I drink no explode. workout 6 days a week.
