What Flats meant, and jpk has it right; there are no documented studies that can show proof that weekly injections versus twice a week have any impact on E2 and test serum levels.
Some men, like myself, feel better on twice weekly injections instead of one big one; less highs and lows, more even levels. My E2 levels are text book and it just feels right to me.
For others, once a week works fine as well.
I am just a believer in smaller doses more frequently...mimics normal endocrine function.
Better to start low and work up on the test. I'm at 60 mg 2x a week no highs or lows and BW has me coming in at about 775 on the quest scale which is in the upper range. I take .25 mg daily of anastrozole (compounded) have had to battle with getting the E down. When first diagnosed my E was through the roof and test at 223 felt like shit. Feel great now 2 years later.
Take it slow and dial it in.
