I read that too much fish oil cause Some sort of bleeding or something like that? So i followed the recommended doses per day, 2000mg. Is It safe to consume more than 2000mg?
And the reason why I have so much protein shake, its because eating meat 2-3 times everyday is too expensive for me, as im a student working part time as a bartender. No doubt bodybuilding is an expensive sport.
