    oh i never think it would happen in the US, I was just saying it is possible to actually block content on the net. I dont think it would have to be done at the source. Think of it as a software you install on your computer so you kids cant access porn or other things, then do it for everyone in the country.
    All kinds of laws would have to be passed. It would be huge news and all kinds of companies would lobby to stop it.

    yeah i get you on the software thing, like net nanny or something similar. it wouldnt be long before some boffin worked out away around it lol
