Diabetes test while on a cycle

I started a sus + deca cycle 2 days ago. this morning my doc said i gotta go for a Diabetes test, will the gear affect the results?

i have to have a blood test to determin wether or not i have diabetes. im just concerned the gear will mess with the results.

Not to high jack this thread but my mom is a diabetic. I follow a strict diet all week and on Sat I let go . I do not stuff myself on that day but I do eat whatever I want and it is usually junk. It works for me (lean body, maintenance etc). However I do notice that at least one time on Sat I fall asleep due to insulin spike.
Do you think that is something that will cause diabetes in a couple of years. I am in my late 30s......ain't getting any younger.
Any advise ?

find out what it is. If its an a1c test not it wont. But there is other test they can run also like a glucose tolerance test.

ok the doc has just called to say the test shows i a diabetic, iv gotta go see him tomorrow for more info. what should i do about the cycle iv just started? shall i just crack on?

I've had to do diabetes tests before too and they just measured by glucose level before and after the drink. They also checked my liver enzymes but even if they came back elevated I don't see how he would be able to determine if its steroids or any substance in particular. They also don't check your testosterone levels.

i think he was worried about the steroids effecting the test not the they would know he is on steroids

I think my doc knows im do it anyway, just dont wanna be wrongly diagnosed. As far as being diabetic and taking AS is there anything i need to be aware of? ill do my reserch but just curious incase there is something i need to do straight away?

when i'm on cycle i need less insulin thats about it.
