    U can go up to 12 wks. I wouldn't push it much further than that tho, by that point, ur body is about due 4 a break (so u can get everything back 2 normal) There r people that push it much further without problems, but then there r also those that aren't so lucky..................I wouldn't take the gamble, just stick to the 2 - 3 month cycles.

    Good advice ^^

    You can also look back over your first cycle and see how you responded and when you started to slow down with your gains. But 10-12 week cycles are fine.
