Then why dont you do it for 5 months more.. ?? cut down that 20 to 15/14% then think of cycle.. fair enough...??

Because i was on ephidrine for 8 weeks and i serious dont want to go back on that.

Im 1 week into my cycle now, But what i want to know is if the cycle is alright and if i need to make any changes to it? cheers
