also are you sure on the dosage. 16mcg/ per gram doesnt not even sound close to correct.

also you need to measure with a scale its by weight

measuring it with scales would be much beter but my scales are off i do know a teaspoon can hold 5g or 5ml and if anything its abit less then 5 so its not going over 80mcg

5g and 5ml are to completely different things. You cant measure it with a spoon
