Chest Workout - Best 3 Exercises

I am looking for the best 12 set chest workout, consisting of 3 exercises to perform over the next 8 weeks.

I have always tended to concentrate on incline press as my key starting exercises, incline dumbbells, as the barbell tends to hurt my delts.

Then the next two exercises are a toss up between flat bench, decline bench, and dumbbell/cable flies.

What do you think are the best 3 exercises for chest? How important is decline compared to incline and flat?

    Well my favourites are
    Bench Press
    Weighted Dips
    Incline press

I have put on enormous amount of size with these 3 BUT let me make one thing clear as i will now always tell anyone who has a chest thread! Always warm up your rotators and strengthen them. I cannot do flat bench press anymore due to shoulder issues which have stayed with me over a year.

Also i use different grips when i use a bar for incline, Someimes a bit wide sometimes closer in and sometimes shoulder width. Also keep mind on muscle Stretch the muscle when going down and squeeze when pushing the weight up as there is no point bouncing the ****er and not feeling crap

This could be because in most gyms the incline bb press already has a set angle which often you cannot change, which is usually too steep and hits your delts harder than it hits your chest. Try lowering that angle next time on a bench that can be set, i use dumbells or smith machine when i do this.

    My favorite exercises for chest

I use only one set of dumbbells. No struggling with the heavy ones and then dropping the weight. Just one set of dumbbells.
    Incline press 3x8, sometimes 3x10.
    Decline 3x8, sometimes 3x10.
Straight line 3x8, sometimes 3x10. and you are done. your chest will be sore for 2 or 3 days.
