I would first look into your diet before I would jump on T. You are way young man 31 yo. There is no reason you should be at 27% bf. I would get a good nutrition and workout program. Hire a nutrition coach and get your bf down to 12-14 at least and then re-test.

Make sure you are using BPA free container's for your food and water as that can lower T. Make sure you are getting enough Vitamin D and Iron. I would check all those thing's before injecting T. Just MO

Also how long since your last cycle?

Well if you read the story about Dr. Life he made it to 64 before he got on TRT. He was gaining (or at least maintaining) muscle mass and staying lean until that age. So at any age I would recommend a solid diet and exercise program and make sure you are getting plenty of rest and managing stress level's.

That is a normal healthy functioning man. If you have testicle or pituitary problems that results in your test levels being way low like another young man in another thread; I think his level was 176 then I would get a doctor to do scans on the pititary and extensive blood testing to try to find the problem.

But in short if you are symptomatic then look at items you can correct on your own. diet, exercise, stress level's. And if it is out of your power then get a doctor and get checked out.

My blood test came back 450 which is like a 75 year old man but I am only 30. However I am not symptomatic. I think I cut my cals too much or didn't get enough Vitamin D.

My diet is. Much better and it did have its problems. I do have have a diet coach and I have been dropping pounds for sure. Grateful for his help. I think BPA is not my issue but you do have a point.

As for my last cycle it was 2004. I did not PST and was a idiot with it. Mostly deca. Very little test LOL I was clueless.

I just sleep in tell 10am everyday and just don't have the fire in the belly that I know I should have. I'm a go out and get it done guy. But I'm not doing that anymore. Was doing millions a few years ago in a great industry. Now I just have a whatever mentality about it all. ( this is strange the more I think about it all.) maybe your right? Doc says I'm really low and I will be a different person in 4 months if I get on it. But I want all your opinions as well.

    Deca and no PCT. Ouch!

You could try a restart bro. 1000iu of HCG for a week then get on Clomid and Nolva. This will bump your natural level's. If I were you I would do this before going on T permanently. You can do the re-start then get tested in a few month's and see if it worked.

And also when you get retested get your Total T Serum levels and LH and the work's. Do you konw what your total T is ng/dl?

I would love to try the HCG ( doc said he thinks it would not work as I'm to low) but i can try it for sure if he will get it to me( if not I would have no idea where to get it)

My total test no. I was bugged I never got that to. But free test was 11.9 as shown in the pic in this thread. Is that what you mean?
