It will be great when your shoulder heals. My injury kept me away from the gym for several years, but life got better as soon as I was able to lift again...well, as soon as I started TRT and was able to lift again. I am glad they happened at the same time. Getting back to the gym with Test levels in the low 200s would have been disappointing.

Exactly what my medical doctor said, low T and anemia are not a very good combination with weight lifting. After doing a lot of reseach on testosterone i am very amazed at all the benefits it as to offer in healing the body, bones, with fat loss and muscle gains. I should have been put on T a long time ago but sadly incompetence in the medical field prevented that, the other medical doctor i used to go to was a complete jerk, i asked about testosterone, he said that he puts people on androgel gel but he said 80 year old not young men like me, never took that time to give me a t test.

I also feel that shoulder injury can be repaired with injecting the T in the shoulder. Dr Ross Hauser the guru of prolotherapy is now working with HGH and testosterone injection its another for of prolotherapy and regeneration therapy. I am injecting either in my cracking shoulder (still i have no pain) and near the hip joint where i have my snapping hip. Even if the testosterone is injected an inch and a half i feel that the testosterone still spread near the injured site.

When the upper back laxity is fixed and the sacral region along with the hip i should be ready to go, my guess is in 6 months i will be able to hit the gym full blast and also do some good cardio.
