Good question indeed. I am continuing my pre trt diet and also am hungrier now than before. I am kinda dealing with being a little hungry in-between meals. But it makes me wonder, am I feeding my body enough? Is my body using the calories more efficiently and needs more food. My diet is clean. Egg whites. Long grain brown rice, chicken breast, Spinach, broccoli, almonds, protein shakes and bars. Once a week I have a new york strip. I wonder if I need to up my portions.
