And recently, I've been taking powder (oral) hyuarlonic acid.
what i'm finding is that the solution is usually never just one thing, but a combination of things, and never a complete solution.
I have also observed for most blokes, once a joint begins to become a problem, then it never really truly goes away. It may go into remission for awhile, but it can flare up at any time, which is another reason I always take the MSM.
