200mg/wk tren ace sufficient for a first time tren user?

I have been told that the test should be low and tren high...something like test 200-400 tren 500-600..how many cycles have do done previously and what are your stats

I would not listen to this advice at all... Run your test as normal (im assuming 500mg) and add the 200mg of tren and you will get great results. I planned a few cycles for mates and their first time on tren was 50mg EOD (200mg/week) they had great results

That's exactly what I'm doing, 50mg EOD

As strong as tren is thats a good amount to use for the first time,it probably on the lower side of dosing but everyone reacts differently and the side effects can be pretty severe with tren and so much so that some people stop using it. You need to find what your tolerable dose is and thats a good start.From what i seen 75mg ED is the sweet spot for most people,for some it comes down to how much of the bad ide effects can you tolerate,and they can be pretty severe and are dose dependant. I have done a LOT of different steroids and tren is all by it self.
