Chest: Bench press, Incline & Flys
Tris: Straight bar pull downs & Seated dumbell extensions
Weds-
Back:Wide Grip pull downs, Seated rows, Chin ups
Bis: dumbell curls, straight bar curls & Preacher curls
Friday-
Legs: Squats, leg press, leg extension, calves
Shoulders: Military press, upright rows, flys
