yea but i mean, i have friends my age who have been juicing for years, and there all massive.

i have some friends who are on hgh too. im not going to go that route yet, but i am going to juice regardless.

so please guys with that said can someone give me some help on the best cycle to do givin my age and my goals.

The best cycle 4 u 2 do given ur age, NO CYCLE. Just learn 2 eat rite & train hard, you'll get there, b patient. BTW, ur friends r not smart, I guarantee @ least 1 if not all of them will hav hormone problems, if they don't already. When they end up TRT / HRT & cant get a hard on with a hand full of Viagra, maybe THEN, they will c ther error of their uneducated decision. DONT B LIKE THEM!!!
