Thanks for explaining a little further but I have researched and what I read "Testosterone has the ability to increase erythropoiesis (red blood cell production) in your kidneys(9), and a higher Red Blood Cell (RBC) count may improve endurance via better oxygenated blood"
I also don't expect much of a mass gain since that's not going to be the focus of my training but that's why I ask questions.
I don't care what any website says, I CAN NOT do a circuit routine faster now then before I used test. RBC yaddy yaddy but man I'm warning you. You will be out of damn breath when your doing bjj. Every muscle in your body is pumping and your gonna feel stiff as a board that's busting through his skin lol. Your going to run 500mg anyway because I can tell by how you type. Run it and lower the dose when you see that feeling were talking about.
not really sure how the way i type implies I am going to do 500mg lol. everytime I have been given advice by vets I have followed what I was told. I like to ask questions to make educated decisions and get better understandings. I'll probably stick with 400mg and if I feel these pumps or get to winded I'll drop down to 300mg.
