Thread: Progress shots. Time to hit that first cycle?

    I'm doing a 5 day slip ATM so about once a week. My goal is to gain a lean 10-15 lbs. When i start cycling ill be switching to a 3 day split
    Back in AM Bis in PM
    Legs in AM shoulders in PM
    Chest in AM tris in PM
    Ill be doing this to make the most out of my recovery time whilst on cycle and to hit them twice a week

    Besides eating more your workout could use tweaking. It's hard to gain on a 5 day split and perhaps will be even harder on a 3 day split lifting 2xper. day. You are asking for advice and if you take it, that's up to you.
