    Im up at 5 and in the gym for 6:30. Only thing in my system is Superpump LOL. I like your style bro.

    Im going to slightly high jack here if it cool.

    Why should you keep pinning times consistent? Im the worst for swapping times from 5am until 8pm

    I move heavy things

    Errr. Anyway, pinning at the same times helps keep hormone levels as consistent as possible. Aside from that it just makes it easier to keep track of, specially when running a short ester cycle with lots of pins.
