    new to this

So I have been contemplating using a cycle for the past couple months and I found out my stepbrother has been using for the past couple years. It would be my first cycle and was looking to get some advice. He told me I should start with test and tren and maybe deca and then hgc to come off. I have been doing some research and it looks like tren is pretty harsh for a first time user. Does anyone have any opinions on this and what I should start with. I really want to increase strength and get leaner. I am 6' about 235 lbs right now, I am not sure about bf but it is prob high like 20%. I haven't been to the gym in about 3 months bc I was away at school. I know I need to work on my diet first, I have the knowledge for that just need to get it going. Also, a workout routine that would be good to do. I usually lift 3x a week doing a full body workout tryin to finish everything in an hour. Also, what should be taken PCT and even during to keep estrogen low to not get gyno. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

We'll the advice I can give you. For AAS the General rule of thumb is 25 years of age or older. Test only for first cycle BF% should be under 15% before starting a cycle. And 2-3 Years of non stop dedicated diet and training before you jump into AAS.

I suggest you work on diet and getting back into the gym.

I took the liberty of highlighting the red flags in your op. People you know personally can be the biggest offenders of misinformation. Tren is not a first cycle option, you said you might be 20% bf - I suspect its higher, your training is not on point, and your level of knowledge about aas is low.

That being said you made a great decision to vet your information on a public forum. Utilize all aspects of this forum. Welcome!

Ya I think my bf is prob higher I am not sure what it is exactly haven't had it measured recently and when I did it was prob not taken correctly. I figured I would get on this forum and get as much info as possible bc my knowledge of AAS is not what is should be. I've been reading posts and the profiles just to get ideas. Xelnaga, What are your opinions on what I should do? Thanks

Get a hold on your diet immediately. I would cut down to a respectable BF before starting a cycle. Not just to limit side effects, but also to demonstrate that you have the diet knowledge and discipline to execute a successful cycle. 3x a week full body work outs are not ideal. Your work out should be so intense that doing your whole body would be near impossible.

If your goal is to pack on muscle during a cycle your looking at a bulking cycle. The problem is that you will most likely increase your BF on cycle due to the calories it will take to bulk. So if you are 20%+ your results will not be spectacular.
